My curiosity about the world began early—fueled by a love for science fiction, travel writing, and an insatiable interest in history, culture, and philosophy. That passion led me to study psychology, anthropology, history, and Chinese language and culture in college, and later deepen my understanding of strategy and business operations through an MBA.
 
In 1983, I founded what is now known as USA Corporate Services Inc., a company formation agency dedicated to helping non-U.S. residents set up U.S. subsidiaries and navigate the complexities of doing business in America. It’s not just about filing paperwork—it’s about guiding entrepreneurs through the tax, immigration, legal, and cultural challenges that come with cross-border business.
 
Over the years, I’ve built a trusted network of professionals—attorneys, CPAs, and advisors—who specialize in helping international founders succeed. Whether it’s a small startup, an SME looking to scale, or an international nonprofit expanding to the U.S., we bring the knowledge and clarity to help our clients start strong and stay compliant.
