unleashing creativity & inspiration: dr. rao on creating your ideal life

Dr. Srikumar Rao (full bio) is a noted trainer who has performed pioneering work in motivation and group dynamics that have fostered lasting personal change for senior executives, entrepreneurs, and people from all walks of life.  His talks have been featured on [email protected], TED, and other popular series.  Creativity and Personal Mastery has been extensively covered by media including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, London Times, Independent, Time, Financial Times, Fortune, Forbes, Guardian, and Businessweek.  He has conducted workshops attended by and spoken in front of executives of Microsoft, Google, Morgan Stanley, American Express, Chubb, IBM, United Airlines, Allstate, Johnson & Johnson, Goldman Sachs, and dozens of other organizations.

Dr. Rao has authored “Are You Ready to Succeed:  Unconventional Strategies for Achieving Personal Mastery in Business and Life,” “The Personal Mastery Program,” and “Happiness at Work:  Be Resilient, Motivated and Successful – No Matter What.”  He has taught at Columbia Business School, London Business School, the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.  Dr. Rao earned his Ph.D. in Marketing from Columbia Business School; his M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad; and his undergraduate degree in Physics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.
