Under the NY Limited Liability Company Law, all limited liability companies (LLCs) must, with 120 days after formation, publish a notice of publication in two newspapers of general circulation approved by the county clerk in the county where the office of the company is located, one of which must be located in the same town or city where the office is located once a week for six consecutive weeks and an affidavit of publication from the publisher is to be filed with the Secretary of State of New York, along with the filing fee of $25.00 each.
